Solacen offers international delivery to supported destinations, with North America and Europe as our primary markets. Delivery depends on the selected product, model, address and available carrier route. The shipping options and charge available for your address are shown at checkout. Destinations without an enabled shipping option are not offered for purchase. We may add more destinations as carrier routes are verified.
Our fulfilment supplier estimates 1–3 business days for in-stock items and 5–15 business days for custom or pre-order items. These are estimates, not guaranteed dispatch deadlines. Processing is separate from shipping transit.
There is no single delivery window for all Solacen products. Our product-by-product supplier checks show that the available transit estimate changes with parcel weight, model, destination and carrier. A face-only LumaRest set and a face-and-neck set, for example, can have different available routes.
Any delivery estimate displayed with a product or shipping option applies to that product, model, destination and service. Processing time is additional unless explicitly included. Transit estimates start after dispatch and are not guarantees. For launch, our enabled checkout service is Standard. Faster services may be added when the applicable carrier route has been confirmed. Our Contact page is available as a fallback for an estimate that is not displayed or an unresolved delivery question.
Product and model availability can differ by destination. A route for one LumaRest model does not establish availability for another. Unsupported product models are not offered for delivery to the affected destination. Availability may change as additional routes are verified.
The customer shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment. Rates can depend on destination, order contents and the options available. A complimentary StillNight mask is a product offer and does not by itself mean that shipping is free. Any free-shipping eligibility must be shown for the actual order at checkout.
When tracking is issued for your shipment, the shipping confirmation provides the available details. Carrier updates may take time to appear or be limited during some stages, particularly for remote destinations. Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation or the order-status page to check the latest available updates. Use our Contact page if tracking is missing, appears incorrect or the shipment needs investigation.
Customs checks, holidays, weather, remote addresses and carrier disruptions can affect delivery. Check your address and contact details carefully before placing an order. If you spot an error, contact us promptly so we can check whether it can be corrected before fulfillment begins.
If an order has not arrived within the estimate supplied for your order, contact Solacen so we can investigate. Supplier investigation timelines do not remove any consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Contact Solacen through our Contact page or at support@solacen.store with your order number and the item concerned. Obtain return instructions from us before sending anything. We will provide the authorised return route and address for your order. Do not automatically use the parcel sender address or Solacen’s business address.
A timely, clear notice exercising a statutory withdrawal right does not depend on prior approval. Our return instructions help ensure that goods reach the correct destination; they do not reduce your legal rights or extend a statutory return deadline.
Where applicable law gives you a mandatory withdrawal or return period, that full right applies. Where no mandatory longer change-of-mind right applies to your purchase, Solacen offers a voluntary seven-day window after delivery: contact us within seven days and follow the return instructions we provide promptly. For voluntary returns outside mandatory withdrawal rights, products must be unused, complete and in their original packaging.
You pay direct change-of-mind return postage where legally permitted and disclosed before purchase. The authorised return destination may be outside your country; ask us for the applicable return country and instructions before arranging shipment. We do not promise a local return facility. We do not charge an administrative or restocking fee for a statutory withdrawal.
Where EU or UK statutory withdrawal rules apply, you can notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to any applicable lawful exceptions. Send the goods back without undue delay and within the further 14-day period after notifying us. Longer mandatory local rights take precedence.
Reasonable handling needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods does not automatically invalidate withdrawal. We do not make unused condition or original packaging an absolute requirement for a statutory withdrawal. Any deduction for diminished value must be permitted by applicable law.
Where required, reimbursement includes the least expensive standard outbound delivery option offered for the order. An upgrade to a more expensive option need not be reimbursed beyond that standard cost. Refunds are due within 14 days after withdrawal notice where those rules apply; where permitted, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
Contact us promptly with a description of the issue. Photographs of the product and packaging, when available, help us investigate; they do not remove your legal rights. Solacen provides the remedy required by applicable consumer law. Where the seller must bear necessary return-shipping costs for a defective or non-conforming item, Solacen bears that obligation.
Supplier claim deadlines, inspection decisions or reimbursement limits do not limit your rights against Solacen. We do not promise that our supplier will reimburse every return, and your lawful customer-facing remedy does not depend on our recovering supplier costs.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Voluntary returns are inspected for the disclosed eligibility conditions. If a voluntary return does not meet them, we explain the findings and the available next steps; we do not dispose of your returned item without agreeing an appropriate resolution. Mandatory refund amounts, remedies and deadlines follow applicable law. Your payment provider may take additional time to display a completed refund.
Contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether fulfilment has started and confirm what can still be changed. Cancellation before dispatch is not guaranteed once processing begins. This does not remove statutory withdrawal rights after dispatch.
For a voluntary return of the complete SootheSight bundle, return the included complimentary StillNight mask too where lawful. Contact us about a partial return. We do not impose an invented gift value or automatic deduction, and promotional conditions do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights in your country, including applicable legal guarantees for faulty goods.
